Meaning of the Christmas.

Hi my dear friends.. :) wish you all Merry Christmas.Even i am not a Christian I love to celebrate it, hope you guys too :).Well on this festival I like to share the meaning of it,so here it goes :)

The pure green color of

the stately fir tree remains green all year round, depicting the everlasting

hope of mankind, all the needles point heavenward, making it a symbol of man's

thoughts turning toward heaven."

The star

was the heavenly sign of promises long ago. God promised

a Savior for the world, and the star was the sign of fulfillment of His promise"

The candle

symbolizes that Christ is the light of the world, and when we see

this great light we are reminded of He who displaces the darkness."

wreath

symbolizes the real nature of love.

Real love never ceases. Love is one continuous round of affection."

Santa Claus,

symbolize the generosity and good will we feel during the month

of December."

Holly plant

represents immortality. It represents the crown of thorns worn by our Savior.

The red holly berries represent the blood shed by Him.

Gift

God so loved the world that he gave his begotten son." Thanks be to God for his

unspeakable gift.

CANDY CANE

represents the shepherds' crook.

The crook on the staff helps to bring back strayed sheep to the flock.

The candy cane is the symbol that we are our brother's keeper."

The Angels

that heralded in the glorious news of the Savior's birth. The angels

sang Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace and good will toward men."

BELL

the lost sheep are found by the sound of the bell,

it should ring mankind to the fold. The bell symbolizes guidance and return.

hmmmm
feeling so relax after breath taking exam situation.
was lot of busy with it and didn't have to do a sketch even.
How ever got a lot of hope for next step and also think
exam result will be nice because it was more comfortable
than i thought. Also i wish all the very best for my
friends who going to face the exam nearly.

නමුදු නුබ සිහිනයක්ම බව
දැනෙන කල හිත දුක අනන්තයි

එත් හැම සුසුමකම නුබේ නම

Jellyfish (also known as jellies or sea jellies or Medusozoa) are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria. Jellyfish have several different morphologies that represent several different cnidarian classes including the Scyphozoa (over 200 species), Staurozoa (about 50 species), Cubozoa (about 20 species), and Hydrozoa (about 1000–1500 species that make jellyfish and many more that do not).[1][2] The jellyfish in these groups are also called, respectively, scyphomedusae, stauromedusae, cubomedusae, and hydromedusae. All jellyfish are embodied in the Medusozoa subphylum. Medusa is another word for jellyfish, and refers specifically to adult jellyfish.

Jellyfish are found in every ocean, from the surface to the deep sea. Some hydrozoan jellyfish, or hydromedusae, are also found in fresh water; freshwater species are less than an inch (25 mm) in diameter, are colorless and do not sting. Many of the best-known jellyfish, such as Aurelia, are scyphomedusae. These are the large, often colorful, jellyfish that are common in coastal zones worldwide.

දිනිඩු රෙස් වෑද
දහවලෙහි නුබ
මෑව්වා විසිතුරු සෙයා

දුටුවන් නෙත් සිත්
පෙහෙර ගිය එ
නීල ශ්වෙත වර්න සෙයා

නමුදු සෙනයෙන්
අදුරු වු මුව
වසලන හිරු රෑස් මාලා

අඉද මෙ ලෙස
අදුරෙන් වසා ගෙන
සගවනු ඔබෙ රූ සෙයා....

This sketch i done few months ago i don't really remember the date but it was the day that Sirasa Super Star (SSS)finals was held. I was on the chair watching it while i drawing this hi hi.Original photograph of this was taken by my friend in yala forest and it was really amazing which lead me to draw this i really like it and hope u guys also like...
