sorry for the late to post this tutorial.i was trying to organize some photographs for you but i couldn't , but i'll explain this step by step to you.It's not so hard to do but it takes much time.
This is a cut work and net work both so select a suitable saree material.I used satin saree.
ok now you should draw(or trace) the design to the saree
Then select a suitable glitter that match with your saree and the design.then draw the design on the saree with glitter.let it dry 2 or 3 hours.
after it dried cut the area that you want to do the net work. but be careful not to separate the glittered lines.
After that tern the saree other side and carefully apply fabric glue to the edge lines that you cut out.(just like you applied glitter)
after applying glue place the net on it and let it fix and dry about 2 hours.after it dried cut of the extra net pieces.
